By accessing or using Getter Pack tools and services provided by AdminRemix LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Description of Service

Getter Pack provides Google Workspace add-on tools designed to help administrators manage their domains more efficiently. Our tools include:

• Chromebook Getter - Device management and reporting
• User Getter - User account management
• Groups Getter - Google Groups management
• Gmail Getter - Domain-wide email management
• Drive Getter - Storage usage monitoring

These tools operate as Google Workspace Marketplace add-ons and require appropriate Google Workspace administrator permissions.

User Accounts

To use our services, you must authorize our add-ons through your Google Workspace account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring you have the authority to authorize our tools for your domain
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
• Share your subscription access with unauthorized users
• Use our tools to violate any applicable laws or regulations

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Getter Pack tools, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and icons, are the exclusive property of AdminRemix LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for their intended purpose, subject to these terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdminRemix LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or your data
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues transmitted through our services

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
