Terms governing your Getter Pack subscription

Agreement to Terms

This Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you ("Subscriber") and AdminRemix LLC ("Provider") and governs your subscription to Getter Pack tools and services.

By subscribing to any paid plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.

Subscription Plans

Getter Pack offers the following subscription plans:

  • Free: Limited access to features, available to single users at no cost.
  • Core: Full feature access for individual users, billed monthly or annually.
  • Premium: Advanced features including bulk actions and advanced reports for individual users.
  • Domain: Unlimited user access for your entire domain with purchase order billing available.

All paid plans include access to all Getter Pack tools, including future tools released during your subscription period.

Payment Terms

Payment terms vary by subscription plan:

  • Credit Card: Available for all paid plans. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
  • Purchase Order: Available for Domain Plan subscribers. Submit your PO to initiate the billing process. Net 30 payment terms apply.

All prices are listed in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes, which will be added where required by law.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • For credit card subscriptions, cancel through your account settings or by contacting support.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • You will retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period.
  • After cancellation, your account will revert to the Free plan.

Refunds

Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months. You retain access until the end of your billing period.
  • Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds may be available within the first 30 days if you are not satisfied with the service. Contact support to request a refund.
  • Purchase orders: Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with your district's policies.

All subscription plans include email support:

  • Response Time: We typically respond within 1 business day.
  • Support Hours: Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm Eastern Time.
  • Domain Plan: Priority support with expedited response times and dedicated assistance.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement and our pricing at any time:

  • Changes to pricing will not affect your current subscription term.
  • You will be notified of price changes at least 30 days before your renewal date.
  • Material changes to this Agreement will be communicated via email.
  • Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
